Refunds and Cancellations

We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel a service or request a refund. The following policies apply:

  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed based on the nature of the service and the time at which the request is made. Refund requests must be made within the stipulated time frame after the service is rendered. Refunds typically take 5-7 working days to be credited to your account. For refund-related grievances, please contact us at communication@rashilabs.in.
     

  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel a diagnostic service, please notify us as early as possible. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee, depending on the nature of the service.
     

  • Service Rescheduling: We offer the option to reschedule appointments without additional charges if notified in advance.
